everybody's sad

Gotten back our gpa today, 3A's really freaky with so many high scorers. But at least it's not as bad as 3E with a tremendous number of 20 people scoring 4.0. I'd have gone crazy.

Humans are really greedy.

When we get 3.0 we want more, when we get PES, we want FES, and when we get FES, we want a 4.0. The more we want, the more we fail to look at other things in life. No, life isn't only about studying and getting A1s. Life is about experiences and insights.

How would you feel if today is your last day on earth? (touchwood)
Will you leave the world full of regrets?

I'm tired of people being sad over minor things in life. People on the other side of the Earth are worrying whether they have enough food to last till tomorrow, and here we are, telling the whole world on social media sites how our gpas are screwed.

IF YOU HATE BEING SAD THEN DON'T BE YOU IDIOT.

I've seen "I hope I'll be happy", or something along those lines as birthday wishes, or just a emo quote on Twitter and Facebook so many times. If you want to freaking be happy then be happy. Our mood depends on the individual, not the surroundings. Sure, your environment can trigger your emotions, but it depends on the person to think it in the positive light or negative light.

Grief is caused by ourselves, so stop blaming other people.

If you are so disappointed, go and improve, instead of dwelling on it and get nothing done and start complaining again. THIS CRUEL CYCLE WILL CONTINUE AND GET YOU NOWHERE.

I have been sad before, disappointed before, angry at myself before. Go and eat something. You'll forget.

Secondly, stop gossiping/discussing about other people so openly. Do it discreetly. People don't like being discussed about, how would you feel if it was you? If you can't tolerate it any longer, tell that person politely in the face. It does not only make you feel better, but allow that person to be actually aware of what he/she is doing. STOP IT WITH ALL THE HATE ESPECIALLY IF WE ARE GOING TO SEE ONE ANOTHER'S FACE FOR THE NEXT TWO YEARS DAMMIT.

Third of March.

Hola.

The title's pretty random, I was searching for some inspiration for a nice title and then I saw the date at the bottom right of my screen.

Then I remembered it's my birthday tomorrow! :D

Have been so busy being excited and packing for my Taiwan trip, totally forgot about it. o_o But then it'll be my first time spending my birthday overseas so I'm hyped up. Really hope the plane ride will be good. Or at least comfortable enough to do Math assignment, which is exactly what I'm going to do if there are no sources of entertainment there. And I hope the toilet will be clean and decent. :D

There's this thing with my parents. They insist on this mindset that the ride from our house to Changi Airport is only 30 mins. /facepalm. It's not like the first time they've been to the airport but meh, I have insecurities. I WILL CONVINCE THEM TO LEAVE THE HOUSE EARLY MAN.

According to Google Maps: Getting there will be about 40 minutes. But including time waiting for traffic lights and maybe there'll be heavy traffic I think it'll be about an hour.

I've packed for the trip already, with a few shirts and jeans and some other essential stuff like.. er underwear and adapter. I have this phobia of forgetting to bring something. During my last trip with the school to India I forgot to bring my phone charger and it sucked. :/ And I haven't changed money to Taiwan dollars yet. Will do so later.

First time to Taiwan, heard the food's really good there.

Will be back on Tuesday night! :)

I bet my row (ie. Silei, Jiayi and Eugene will miss me) 8D
BUAHAHAHAHHAHAHAHAHAHHAHAHAHAHA.
Oh and don't contact me via sms, whatsapp. :)

And so, see you soon, Singapore!
